91心頭’s Youth Services Department hosted a Black History Month Celebration on Feb. 28 at the NCC Neighborhood Center, 56-68 Hayes St., Newark. Children in 91心頭’s after school programs performed songs, danced, recited poetry and spoke about prominent Black figures. Families were invited to attend the event to see the children perform.
