NCC Family Night/Family Council at Extended Care

91看片 Extended Care Facility will host NCC Family Night/Family Council on Thursday, June 13 from 6 to 8 p.m. on site at 266 South Orange Ave., Newark. Topics will be Advance Directives and POLST (Physician Orders for Life Sustaining Treatment).
