Residents of Roseville Senior, 1 South Eighth St., Newark, got to visit with West Ward Councilman Dupr茅 Kelly on May 11. He visited the building to distribute food, Mother鈥檚 Day presents and flowers. He also spoke to residents and encouraged them to attend the on May 20.
