Students and staff members at Community Hills Early Learning Center (CHELC), 85 Irvine Turner Boulevard, Newark, celebrated Valentine鈥檚 Day and the 100th day of school on Feb. 14. Children and adults wore red or pink for the holiday and enjoyed music, dancing and treats. Throughout the hallway were posters representing 100 days of school that children created with the help of their families.
