If you鈥檙e looking for a way to make a positive difference in someone鈥檚 life, look no further than 91看片鈥檚 22nd Annual Golf Outing.
Hosted at the Montclair Golf Club, the daylong fundraiser on Tuesday, June 28, 2016, brings supporters of 91看片 together to play a round of golf and bid at a silent auction where proceeds benefit NCC education programs, the Monsignor William J. Linder Scholarship Fund and the families of Harmony House, which is a transitional housing facility for the homeless.
This year鈥檚 outing will be co-chaired by Michael Kaisan, senior vice president of Tishman Construction; Robert Shawah, senior account manager vice president of Wells Fargo Insurances Services; Michael Pintabone, partner at WithumSmith+Brown; and Dr. A. Zachary Yamba, board member of NCC and president emeritus of Essex County College.
鈥淚 am happy to co-chair the golf outing, once again,鈥� Shawah said. 鈥淚 am proud of the wonderful work of 91看片 and I look forward to doing what I can to get people involved in the outing.鈥�
Event committee member Antonio Lolo, of Ferry Carpet, said he is also looking forward to supporting 91看片 through the fundraiser.
鈥淚 am excited about (this year鈥檚) NCC golf outing. The lives that are enhanced by the work of 91看片 is really worth the effort,鈥� he said.
The schedule of events will be as follows on June 28:
鈥⒙� Registration at 11 a.m.
鈥⒙� Buffet lunch on the clubhouse patio at 11:30 a.m.
鈥⒙� Shot gun start at 1 p.m.
鈥⒙� Cocktail reception, silent auction and dinner at 5:30 p.m.
During the evening program, golfers will get a chance to hear testimonials from individuals whose lives have been changed by services and programs offered at 91看片.
