Community Hills Early Learning Center (CHELC), 85 Irvine Turner Boulevard, Newark, held a trunk-or-treat in the building parking lot to celebrate Halloween on Oct. 31. Children enjoyed getting candy and seeing all the decorations.

Children and families came out for the 91��Ƭ Halloween Party hosted by Youth Services on Oct. 25 at the NCC Neighborhood Center, 56-68 Hayes St., Newark. It was a fun afternoon for the whole family. Children dressed up in their costumes, participated in games, won prizes, got their face painted, jumped in a bounce house and visited a haunted classroom. 91��Ƭ thanks everyone who participated. More than 200 children came out for the 91��Ƭ Halloween Party hosted by Youth Services on Oct. 26 at the NCC Neighborhood Center, 56-68 Hayes St., Newark. It was a fun afternoon for families. Community Hills Early Learning Center (CHELC), 85 Irvine Turner Boulevard, Newark, hosted a trunk-or-treat for students on Oct. 31 in observance of Halloween. CHELC staff members and parents decorated the trunks of their cars and handed out treats to the children in the center’s parking lot. It was a fun way to celebrate the holiday.
