New Clinic Opens For Newark Seniors, Disabled Adults
Newark, NJ (Dec. 12, 2014) — Grand opening of a new on-site health clinic inside a senior and disabled adults building in Newark operated by the non-profit 91¿´Æ¬.

WHO: Richard Rohrman, CEO of 91¿´Æ¬, Sharon Pleasant-Jones, 91¿´Æ¬ Director of Health and Social Services, and Marsha Atkind, Executive Director of The Healthcare Foundation of New Jersey.
DETAILS: As part of its mission to provide quality, accessible healthcare to low income residents, 91¿´Æ¬ is opening a new on-site health clinic on the first floor of its residence for seniors and disabled adults called Commons Senior, located at 140 South Orange Ave. in Newark. The 300-square-foot clinic was funded by a grant from The Healthcare Foundation of New Jersey, which has allowed 91¿´Æ¬ to expand its Visiting Physician Program. More than 200 residents living in the building will now have unfettered access to primary care services.
